1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and booking a tour with DUNEX TRAVELS, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Payments

A booking is confirmed only when we receive a deposit (typically 30-50% of the total cost, depending on the package). The remaining balance must be paid before the tour commences. Prices are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees).

3. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or government regulations. In such cases, we will provide alternatives of similar quality.

4. Liability and Safety

• Travel involves inherent risks. DUNEX TRAVELS is not liable for personal injury, illness, or loss/damage to property during the tour.
• Guests must follow the instructions of our guides, especially during camel and jeep safaris.
• We recommend all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance before their trip.

5. Health and Medical Conditions

Guests must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking so we can make necessary arrangements.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.
