Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our local partners.

Standard Cancellation Scale

If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply:

• 30+ days prior to arrival: 10% of total booking amount
• 15-29 days prior to arrival: 25% of total booking amount
• 7-14 days prior to arrival: 50% of total booking amount
• 48 hours to 6 days prior to arrival: 75% of total booking amount
• Less than 48 hours or No Show: 100% of total booking amount (No refund)

Peak Season (Oct-Feb) & Festival Cancellations

During the peak tourist season and major festivals (like Diwali, New Year, Desert Festival), stricter cancellation rules apply:

• Cancellations within 30 days of arrival: 100% cancellation charge.

Cancellation Procedure

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to bookings@dunextravels.com. The date of receipt of the email will be considered the cancellation date.

Changes to Bookings

Requests to change dates will be accommodated subject to availability. A change fee may apply if the change is requested close to the arrival date or if hotel/camp rates differ.
